The rules that govern how merchants use Auripeak Pay.

These Terms govern your use of Auripeak Pay. By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, generating a payment link, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

Auripeak Pay is built to help businesses receive payments online more easily. In the current product model, merchants can onboard, provide payout bank details, generate payment links or checkout flows, track payment activity, and manage payment operations from one dashboard.

Auripeak Pay is not a wallet product in the current MVP and does not hold customer balances.

You may use Auripeak Pay only if you are authorized to act for yourself or for the business using the service. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to provide business details, payout information, and payment setup instructions for that business.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activities carried out under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when signing up, especially for business identity, contact details, and payout bank details.

If any important detail changes, you must update it promptly so payment operations, support, and account review are not disrupted.

Auripeak Pay may provide merchant onboarding, payment link creation, hosted checkout initiation, transaction status visibility, payout-related views, settings management, and support tools connected to the merchant payment flow.

Our internal team may also review merchant accounts, investigate issues, retry failed operational actions, and take necessary account or risk decisions as part of running the platform responsibly.

Auripeak Pay sits on top of Paystack for payment collection and transaction flow. We may use merchant configuration, verification flows, callbacks, webhooks, and transaction references as part of operating the service.

Payment success, failure, pending status, and other transaction states may depend on verification, merchant status, platform controls, and the underlying payment processor.

You agree that you will:

• use Auripeak Pay only for lawful business purposes
• provide accurate business and bank information
• use the service only for goods or services you are permitted to sell
• not misuse the platform for fraud, deception, unauthorized collections, or prohibited transactions
• not interfere with payment verification, transaction records, access controls, or operational review processes

Where Auripeak Pay applies platform fees, commission rules, or other commercial terms, those terms may be shown in your merchant relationship, account configuration, or approved business arrangement with us. By using the service, you agree to the fees that apply to your account or merchant setup.

We may place a merchant account in pending, under-review, active, suspended, or blocked status depending on onboarding completeness, payment risk, failed operational checks, inaccurate bank details, compliance concerns, or misuse of the platform.

If needed, we may delay activation, restrict features, suspend access, or block an account to protect the service, the integrity of the payment flow, and other users.

We aim to keep Auripeak Pay available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Payment systems can be affected by maintenance, network issues, verification delays, third-party dependencies, and other operational conditions.

Auripeak Pay, its name, brand elements, interface, software, and related materials remain the property of Auripeak Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auripeak Pay is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility where the law does not allow it to be removed.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the product grows. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
